If you are not pleased with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the cost of the merchandise. Simply return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receiving. Customized items (such as custom size order salt lamps) are not returnable. Also please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges. Normal time for return processing is 10-14 days.

How to return an item

Step 1.

Notify us that you are returning your item and please state the reason why. If it is due to a damaged product, you MUST PROVIDE A PICTURE in your message. We will respond within 12 hours with the return address.

Step 2.

Enclose a document with the package stating your name, address and customer number, along with instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your Hima Salt Company account or credit card.
