Customized items (such as custom size order salt lamps) are not returnable. Also please note that we do not refund or credit the shipping and processing charges. Normal time for return processing is 10-14 days.

How to return an item

Enclose a document with the package stating your name, address and customer number, along with instructions whether to exchange the item, refund the merchandise purchase price, or credit your Hima Salt Company account or credit card.
